About Role

As a Product Manager at Deeto, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our platform’s future. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to define and deliver features that drive value for our customers. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, user empathy, and a get-things-done attitude.

Responsibilties

  • Gather insights from customers and stakeholders to ensure product features are intuitive, impactful, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective adoption.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to make informed decisions about improvements and new features.
  • Regularly communicate progress, priorities, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Deeto’s vision and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, driving user-centric design and functionality.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimize product performance.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • At least 4 years of hands-on product management experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
    • Proven track record of delivering impactful product features in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Approach:
    Familiarity with modern SaaS technologies and understanding of development processes.
  • Startup Mindset:
    Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot when needed.
  • Customer Focus:
    Deep empathy for end users and a passion for solving their problems through technology.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and articulate product visions.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions and measure product success.
