About Role
As Deeto’s Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing the campaigns that fuel our pipeline across marketing, sales, and customer growth. You’ll plan, execute, and measure high-impact programs that span LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ads, email automation, webinars, and industry events—all through an account-centric lens focused on the right personas and buying groups.
This is a hands-on role for a creative, analytical marketer who thrives on experimentation and iteration. You’ll manage full-funnel performance, use AI-driven insights to target and personalize campaigns, and turn data into repeatable growth systems.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align every campaign with Deeto’s ICP, pipeline goals, and buyer journey—ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable impact.
Responsibilties
Plan and Execute Account-Centric Campaigns
- Design and launch multi-channel campaigns that generate awareness and pipeline across target accounts and personas.
- Use account and intent data to prioritize outreach and personalize content by industry, use case, and buying stage.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and ROI across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email.
Drive Paid Acquisition and Conversion Optimization
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad creative, copy, and audience segments to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, keyword optimization, and predictive performance modeling.
- Track ROI, CAC, and influenced pipeline across channels, ensuring campaign results connect directly to opportunities in SFDC.
Execute Webinars, Events, and Partner Campaigns
- Plan and execute webinars and virtual events with product, sales, and customer partners.
- Support industry events and field programs with pre- and post-event nurture campaigns.
- Build co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, communities, and analyst groups.
Align Campaigns to Revenue and Account Goals
- Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure tight campaign-to-pipeline alignment in Salesforce.
- Partner with SDRs using Apollo to drive coordinated outbound and inbound follow-up on high-intent accounts.
- Maintain clean reporting dashboards in SFDC that tie campaign performance to SQLs, opportunities, and revenue.
Innovate with AI and Automation
- Integrate AI into campaign creation, ad testing, and audience segmentation.
- Optimize workflows through automation and improved lead routing, scoring, and tracking.
- Document and share learnings from experiments to continuously improve performance and scalability.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of B2B demand generation experience with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads—including creative testing, targeting, and attribution.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) for campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Experience with Apollo for outbound coordination, enrichment, and engagement workflows
- Strong understanding of account-based and account-centric marketing strategies and analytics.
- Experience managing webinars and events from promotion to follow-up and pipeline impact.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills across Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Creative storyteller who can translate complex ideas into campaigns that resonate with target personas.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoys testing and iterating to improve results.
